Place your hands flat on the floor under your shoulders with your fingers pointing forward.
Next, bend your arms to help you slowly lower your chest toward the floor with your elbows close to the body.
Then press up again. Always keep your glutes and core tight.
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
